Founder's Story
The Ship To The Moon founder’s entrepreneurial journey began in 2008 in Canada when he ventured into the dropshipping business. Like many new entrepreneurs, he sought reliable and efficient solutions to streamline operations and ensure customer satisfaction. Initially, he relied on platforms like AliExpress and various fulfillment agencies.
However, he quickly realized that these solutions fell short of his expectations. Delays, inconsistent service quality, and a lack of transparency plagued his operations, making it challenging to maintain the high standards he envisioned for his business.
Driven by a relentless pursuit of excellence, our founder decided that merely adapting to existing solutions was not enough. In 2019, after more than a decade of grappling with inadequate services, he made a bold decision to close his existing dropshipping business. He embarked on a new mission: to establish Ship To The Moon in Hong Kong – a company dedicated to creating the ideal fulfillment agency for dropshippers.
