Go to the Advanced tab in WooCommerce Settings, Click REST API and generate an API Key.

Fill in API Key

Go back to STTM, fill in the Consumer Key/Consumer Secret and then click Confirm to connect.

Is the API connection secure?

Yes. WooCommerce’s REST API uses encrypted keys, and STTM only accesses necessary data (inventory, orders) with your Read/Write permission—no sensitive info is stored.

How long do the API keys last? Do they expire?

WooCommerce API keys don’t expire by default. You can revoke or regenerate them anytime in WooCommerce > Settings > REST API if needed.

What if my connection fails after entering the keys?

Double-check keys for typos, confirm Read/Write permissions, and ensure your WordPress site isn’t blocking external API requests (check security plugins). If still have problem, contact us.
