Order processing time refers to the period from when an order is placed to when it is dispatched from our warehouse. This timeline varies based on product availability, warehouse location, and order type:
Standard Orders (Non-Pre-Stocked Items)
- Processing Time: 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Factors Affecting Speed:
- Inventory Status: If items are temporarily out of stock at the nearest warehouse, we may source them from another facility or our suppliers, which can extend processing by 1–2 days.
- Warehouse Location: Orders for regions with limited local inventory (e.g., remote areas) may require cross-border transfers, adding 1–2 days.
- Our Solutions: We use a real-time inventory sync system to route orders to the closest warehouse with available stock, minimizing delays.
Pre-Stocked Items (In-Warehouse Inventory)
Pre-Stocked Items will be no extra warehousing fee for inventory.
- Processing Time: Dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation (Monday–Friday).
- What Counts as Pre-Stocked? Items marked “In Stock” on our platform, stored in our global warehouses.
- Why Faster? These products are already in our fulfillment centers, allowing for immediate picking, packing, and shipping.
Peak Seasons & High-Volume Periods
During sales events (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday) or promotional campaigns, processing times may extend by 1–2 business days due to increased order volume. We proactively hire temporary staff and optimize warehouse workflows to manage these surges.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
- Once processed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Use the carrier’s website to monitor your order’s journey from warehouse to customer.
