How to Reset Your Password?

Keeping your Ship To The Moon (STTM) account secure starts with managing your password. Follow these steps to update it:

Step 1: Log In to Your STTM Account

1. Visit the STTM login page.
2. Enter your current email and password to sign in.

Step 2: Access the Password Settings

1. In the left sidebar of your dashboard, click Setting (the gear icon).
2. On the Settings page, select the Password tab.

Step 3: Update Your Password

1. Old Password: Enter your current STTM password.
2. New Password: Create a strong password (we recommend 8+ characters, combining letters, numbers, and symbols).
3. Confirm Password: Re-enter your new password to ensure it matches.

Step 4: Save Your Changes

Click the Save button. If successful, a confirmation notification will appear.
