Yes, we support multi-currency settlement. To accommodate customers from different countries and regions, we have established multiple international bank transfer accounts, enabling payments in a wide range of major and regional currencies via Bank Transfer / Wire Transfer.

Supported Settlement Currencies

We currently support settlement in the following currencies (subject to the selected bank account):

  • Major global currencies: USD, EUR, GBP, JPY, CAD, AUD
  • Asia-Pacific and regional currencies: CNH (Offshore RMB), HKD, SGD
  • Nordic and other currencies: SEK, CHF, DKK, NOK, NZD

Customers may choose the most appropriate currency and account based on their location, banking arrangements, and source currency.

Available Receiving Account Options

To improve fund arrival speed and reduce cross-border transfer costs, we offer multiple receiving account types:

  1. Global Receipts Account
    • Supports multiple currencies
    • Ideal for international customers outside the U.S. and EU
    • Bank location: Hong Kong
  2. U.S. Local Receiving Account
    • Supports USD only
    • Compatible with ACH and Wire transfers
    • Suitable for U.S.-based customers or USD settlements
  3. EU / International Receiving Account
    • Supports USD, EUR, GBP, JPY, CAD, AUD, SGD, HKD, CNH
    • Designed for European and multi-currency international payments

Settlement and Processing Notes

  • Supported currencies are determined by the “Support Currency” of the selected bank account
  • Processing time may vary depending on currency, banking network, and intermediary banks
  • Intermediary or sending banks may charge handling fees in accordance with their policies
  • Please ensure all bank account details and Swift/BIC codes are entered accurately to avoid delays or rejected payments

Best Practices

  • If you regularly settle in a specific currency, we recommend using the same receiving account consistently for easier reconciliation
  • For large or first-time transfers, confirm fees and processing times with your bank in advance
  • If you are unsure which account to use, our support team is available to assist

After completing the bank transfer, please upload the bank transfer slip to our system as proof of payment. You can receive rewards based on the top-up amount. Please refer to the top-up process for details.
