To pay for orders and use Ship To The Moon’s services, you’ll need to add funds to your account. Here’s how to top up via our supported payment methods:
Step 1: Access the Top-Up Page
- Log in to your STTM dashboard.
- Click Finance in the left sidebar.
- Next to “My Wallet”, click the purple “+” button to start recharging.

Step 2: Choose Your Payment Method
We support 4 payment options—select the one that suits you:
Option 1: Bank Transfer
- Minimum: Varies (check the “Bank Transfer” page for details).
- Benefits: Tiered bonus (0.5% for $0–1,000; up to 1.25% for $5,000+) on transaction fees.
- How to Pay:
- Enter your amount (e.g., $3,000).
- Upload your bank transfer slip (as proof of payment). Bank transfers cannot be recharged directly through the system. Please upload proof after transferring money to our bank accountor contact your agent to do a manual top-up for you.
- Click Submit → We’ll process your top-up within 1–3 business days.

Option 2: Payoneer
- Minimum: $50
- Benefits: Tiered discounts (0.5% for $0–1,000; up to 1.25% for $5,000+) on transaction fees.
- How to Pay:
- Enter your amount (e.g., $3,000).
- Copy our Payoneer account:

. - Send funds via your Payoneer account.
- After transferring, use the dashboard chat to notify our team for confirmation.

Option 3: Stripe (Credit/Debit Card)
- Minimum: No Requirement
- Fees: 3.9% of the recharge amount + $0.3 per transaction.
- How to Pay:
- Enter your amount (e.g., $3,000), with Transaction fee $117.30.
- Agree to STTM’s terms by checking the box.
- Click Submit → Enter your card details on Stripe’s secure page.

Option 4: PayPal
- Minimum: $10
- Fees: 4.4% of the recharge amount + $0.3 per transaction.
- How to Pay:
- Enter your desired amount (e.g., $3,000).
- Click Confirm → You’ll be redirected to PayPal to complete the payment.

Step 3: Track Your Top-Up
After payment:
- Check your My Wallet balance (on the Finance page) for updates.
- View transaction details in “My Wallet Top Up Records” (under the Finance section).

Tips:
- Fees: Always review the “Total Amount” displayed on the right side before confirming.
- Support: If funds don’t appear after 3 days, contact support via chat or email
