Ship To The Moon support Shopify, WooCommerce and Etsy directly. To connect stores on other platforms like BigCommerce, Squarespace, Wix, eBay, or custom-built sites, use Ship To The Moon’s API Integration. Follow these steps:

Step 1: Access STTM dashboard

  1. Log in to your STTM dashboard.
  2. Go to Stores → select Other Stores..

Step 2: Get API Documentation & Credentials

Currently, our API documentation is not publicly available. You need to contact our service staff through the chat on the Dashboard panel, or contact your direct contact person through the email you received, tell them your platform name, and request the corresponding API documentation.

Step 3: Set Up the Integration

Work with your development team (or use the docs if you have basic coding skills) to:

  • Sync inventory: Use the Inventory Sync endpoint to auto-update stock levels.
  • Automate orders: Implement the Order Fulfillment API to send new orders to STTM.
  • Enable tracking: Use the Tracking Update endpoint to push delivery status to your store.

Step 4: Test & Verify

  1. Run a test order to ensure data flows between your store and STTM (check dashboard for sync status).
  2. If issues arise, refer to the API docs’ troubleshooting section or contact support via live chat.
