How to Connect Your Etsy Store?

Follow these steps to link your Etsy store with Ship To The Moon (STTM) for seamless order fulfillment:

Step 1: Locate Your Etsy Shop Name

1. Log in to your Etsy Shop Manager.
2. In the left sidebar, click Settings → select Info & Appearance.
3. Find your Shop Name (e.g., “HandmadeGiftsCo”) under the “Info & Appearance” tab.
   • This is your store’s official name in Etsy (case-sensitive for verification).
   • Shop Name is unique: Etsy won’t allow two shops to have the same name.

Step 2: Initiate Connection in STTM

1. Log in to your STTM dashboard.
2. Click Store in the left-hand menu.
3. Under “Connect to Your Store”, click the Etsy button.

Step 3: Enter Shop Information

In the “Connect to Etsy” pop-up:

1. Custom Etsy Shop Name: Type a nickname (e.g., “Etsy-Crafts”) to label this store in STTM (useful for managing multiple stores).
2. Etsy Shop Name: Paste the exact Shop Name from Step 1 (it must match your Etsy Shop Manager’s name).

Step 4: Complete the Connection

Click the Connect store button. If the connection is successful, your Etsy store will show up in STTM’s “Store” section with an “Active” status.

Important Tips:

• Exact Match Required: The “Etsy Shop Name” must be identical to the one in your Etsy settings (even a single wrong character can cause failure).
• Multiple Stores: For each Etsy store you want to connect, repeat Steps 2–4.
• Troubleshooting: If the connection fails, check for typos, extra spaces, or case differences in the Shop Name.
