Ship To The Moon currently offers platform support in two languages:

1. Available Languages

  • English (default for all users).
  • Español (Spanish, optimized for global merchants).

2. How to Switch Languages

You can change the interface language in two key areas:

  • On the Sign-In Page: Look for the language dropdown (e.g., “English ▼”) in the top-right corner. Click it and select your preferred language.
  • In the Dashboard: After logging in, find the language icon in the header (near your profile). Click it to switch between English and Español— the interface will update instantly.

3. Future Language Expansion

We’re actively working to add more languages. If you have a language request, share it via our support chat or email us via [email protected].

Note: Language settings apply to the STTM platform (dashboard), not the website. Customer-facing communications (e.g., shipping emails) follow carrier or local standards.
